**Clinical Program Coordinator**
The Clinical Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing patient care plans, organizing educational initiatives, and managing clinical data throughout the referral and follow-up process. This role involves working alongside interdisciplinary teams to establish protocols and enhance referral networks within the healthcare system. Applicants must possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and hold a valid California RN license, along with a minimum of three years of experience in acute care settings. A strong understanding of nursing practice regulations and experience in program development are essential, with the requirement of obtaining ANCC specialty certification within one year of hire.
