Job description
The Patient Relations Representative is responsible for delivering tailored assistance by welcoming patients and visitors, addressing questions, and resolving any issues that may arise. This position also involves aiding with patient transport throughout the facility and ensuring the lobby areas are kept clean. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, along with a valid driver’s license. The job necessitates the capability to walk significant distances and lift weights up to 25 pounds, all while upholding professional standards of customer service.
