**Patient Representative Coordinator**
The Patient Representative Coordinator is responsible for overseeing patient engagement, which encompasses welcoming visitors, coordinating appointment schedules, and managing incoming calls with a focus on patient satisfaction. This role also involves maintaining precise medical documentation, addressing inquiries related to insurance and billing, and ensuring adherence to data security and privacy standards. Candidates should have a solid background in a call center or customer service environment, ideally in healthcare. Essential qualifications include familiarity with medical terminology, basic computer proficiency, and a strong understanding of HIPAA regulations, while experience with Epic EMR is advantageous.
