**Start of Care Nurse**
The Start of Care Nurse delivers exceptional, patient-focused nursing care through initial assessments and the management of tailored care plans in home settings. Applicants should possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and demonstrate robust clinical expertise, with a preference for candidates experienced in home health or wound care.
