Job description
The Patient Service Representative is responsible for overseeing the patient check-in and check-out procedures, coordinating appointment scheduling, and ensuring that medical records are accurately maintained. This role also involves aiding with insurance verification, addressing billing questions, and performing various administrative duties to support the smooth functioning of the office. Applicants should have a high school diploma or a comparable qualification, or a minimum of one year of relevant experience in the field. Preference will be extended to those who have two or more years of experience in a medical office setting.
