Job description
The Patient Services Representative plays a key role in welcoming patients, overseeing the check-in process, and handling insurance and co-payment transactions. Additional responsibilities include various administrative duties like answering phone calls, entering data into the electronic health record (EHR) system, and providing assistance to patients with mobility issues. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with a minimum of one year of experience in customer service or a healthcare reception environment. Essential qualifications include basic computer proficiency, familiarity with medical terminology, and the capability to operate multi-line phone systems.
