Job description
**Job Title: Payroll Analyst**
The Payroll Analyst will execute weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing for both union and non-union organizations, and will also be tasked with generating weekly Work-In-Process (WIP) reports. This role includes responsibilities for month-end closing activities, reconciling payroll liabilities, and supporting the preparation of annual budgets and audits. The preferred applicant will possess a minimum of five years of experience in accounting or clerical work, alongside advanced proficiency in Excel. Familiarity with construction ERP systems, union payroll processes, and payroll service providers is highly advantageous.
