**Job Title: Peer Support Specialist**
The Peer Support Specialist offers personalized support to individuals on their recovery journey by developing individualized plans and linking them to community resources. They engage in purposeful outreach within the community and work alongside interdisciplinary teams to foster participant well-being and help achieve recovery objectives. Applicants are required to possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and must have maintained at least 24 months of uninterrupted recovery from substance use disorder. Additionally, a valid driver’s license for Oregon, a dependable vehicle, and certification as a Peer Support Specialist or CRM are essential.
