Job Summary
The Per Diem Mental Health Clinician plays an essential role in providing high-quality mental health care to clients on a flexible basis. This position involves assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions. The clinician will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support for individuals facing mental health challenges.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify mental health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client goals.
- Provide direct clinical services, including therapy and counseling.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to facilitate integrated care.
- Document client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Current licensure in the state of practice as a mental health professional.
- Experience in mental health settings preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
