Job description
The Veterinary Assistant is responsible for ensuring safe handling and restraint of patients while assisting veterinarians during examinations and medical treatments. This role also involves keeping precise medical records and maintaining cleanliness and order in exam rooms and treatment areas. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of one year of experience in veterinary or animal care settings, but training can be provided for the ideal candidate. Applicants should demonstrate a robust work ethic, an ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, and a sincere enthusiasm for caring for animals.
