Job description
**Job Title: Personal Care Assistant**
In this position, you will offer personal care and companionship to elderly clients in their homes. Your support will involve helping with daily living tasks and reminding clients about their medications. You will also need to observe any changes in clients’ health and collaborate with the healthcare team. Additionally, you will facilitate transportation for errands and healthcare appointments. Applicants must possess a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii and have a valid driver’s license along with dependable transportation. The role includes the requirement to engage in physical activities, such as assisting with lifting and mobility support.
