Job description
**Job Title: Pharmacy Technician**
The position entails overseeing patient communications, facilitating medication refills, and addressing insurance challenges within a specialty pharmacy call center. Technicians will play a key role in managing workflows, supporting process enhancement projects, and collaborating with clinical teams across various functions. Applicants are required to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of 6 months of pertinent pharmacy experience. Additionally, a valid Pharmacy Technician Registration from the Commonwealth of Virginia and a CPhT certification from NHA or PTCB are mandatory.
