**Job Title: Pharmacy Technician**
The Pharmacy Technician plays a crucial role in facilitating the operations of inpatient pharmacy by handling medication preparation, engaging in sterile compounding, and managing inventory levels. Additionally, they are tasked with the accurate distribution of medications while ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards through the use of pharmacy information systems. Applicants are required to have a High School Diploma or GED and must hold a valid Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician license. Furthermore, obtaining a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification within 18 months of employment is necessary, with a preference for candidates who have previous experience in a hospital setting.
