**Philanthropy System Analyst**
The Philanthropy System Analyst is tasked with pinpointing operational challenges and executing effective solutions within the Philanthropy Division and its IT frameworks. Key responsibilities include user training, report generation, conducting user acceptance testing, and maintaining data accuracy in the CRM system. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of four years of relevant experience in systems analysis. Essential skills include proficiency in CRM applications, data management, and Microsoft Office, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
