Job description
The phlebotomist plays a crucial role in assessing donor eligibility and fostering a welcoming atmosphere to create a pleasant experience for donors. They are responsible for the operation of automated plasmapheresis machines and are tasked with monitoring the health of donors during the donation procedure. Applicants must hold a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and exhibit excellent customer service skills. Additionally, the position necessitates a flexible working schedule and the acquisition of required state licenses or certifications.
