**Job Title: Phlebotomist**
The phlebotomist plays a crucial role in streamlining laboratory operations by registering patients, inputting orders, and gathering specimens from both inpatient and outpatient settings. Responsibilities also include processing lab results, responding to phone inquiries, and assisting with overall laboratory activities while ensuring precise record-keeping. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, with preference given to those holding phlebotomy or medical assistant certifications. Additionally, candidates must have a current American Heart Association BLS certification or secure one within 30 days of employment.
