Job Summary
The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing exceptional therapy services to patients. This includes conducting screenings and evaluations, as well as creating personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. The therapist also plays a vital role in overseeing the work of Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehabilitation Technicians to guarantee high-quality care is delivered consistently.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient screenings and evaluations.
- Develop customized treatment plans for patients.
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians to ensure effective care.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant state and federal healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Graduation from a Physical Therapy program accredited by the APTA.
- Possession of a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong clinical competencies in therapeutic practices.
