The Physical Therapist Assistant is responsible for delivering individualized patient care and educating families in a home environment. Responsibilities are carried out on an as-needed basis, aligned with physician directives and the established care plan, under the guidance of a clinical supervisor. Applicants must have completed an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and possess a valid state license. Additionally, a current driver’s license, dependable transportation, and up-to-date CPR certification are required.
