**Job Title: Physical Therapist**
The Physical Therapist is responsible for conducting initial evaluations, creating individualized treatment protocols, and delivering physical therapy interventions to patients in acute care settings. They are tasked with tracking patient progress, documenting services rendered, and providing regular updates to the healthcare team regarding patient status. Applicants should be graduates of a physical therapy program accredited by the APTA and possess a current license to practice in the relevant state. Candidates must demonstrate strong skills in medical record analysis, an understanding of human development, and effective interpersonal communication.
