Job Summary
The Plant Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of a fabrication facility, ensuring efficient production processes, maintenance, quality assurance, and adherence to safety standards. This role plays a crucial part in managing personnel and enhancing workflow to achieve production objectives while promoting continuous improvement practices.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily activities within the fabrication facility.
- Manage production, maintenance, quality control, and safety operations.
- Supervise and coordinate personnel to ensure optimal performance.

- Drive strategies to meet and exceed production targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in plant or operations management.
- Extensive knowledge of fabrication processes.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems for operational management.
