Job Summary
As a Plant Operator at OPAL Fuels, located in Marshall, Michigan, you will play a vital role in the renewable power sector, focusing on the conversion of biogas. Your key objectives will involve enhancing production efficiency, reducing operational downtime, and ensuring the seamless functionality of equipment.
Responsibilities
- Maximize overall production levels of the plant while minimizing equipment downtime.
- Operate and monitor gas meters, flow meters, and other essential devices.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize plant operations and productivity.
Qualifications
- Experience in a plant operation environment or relevant technical background.
- Strong understanding of operational equipment and safety regulations.
- Ability to effectively use hand and arm movements required for equipment handling.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
