**Job Title: Plumbing Estimator**
Develop comprehensive plumbing cost estimates through thorough examination of blueprints, specifications, and project documentation for a variety of construction initiatives. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and on-site teams to guarantee precise pricing and seamless transitions between project phases. Applicants should have a solid background in plumbing or construction estimation, along with expertise in takeoff software such as Bluebeam or PlanSwift. Strong analytical capabilities and an in-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, as well as an understanding of California building regulations, are essential.
