The Policy Associate is responsible for conducting research, gathering data, and engaging in advocacy efforts to enhance housing, shelter, and healthcare services for low-income populations. This role involves fostering partnerships with governmental and community organizations and contributing to the creation of educational resources and policy strategies. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline along with a minimum of two years of experience in community organizing or program management. Strong communication abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a capability to collaborate with diverse communities are crucial for this position.
