Job Summary
The Pre-Litigation Case Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing a portfolio of 115-135 personal injury cases, focusing on delivering ongoing medical treatment and exceptional service to clients. This position is essential for ensuring that all aspects of case management are handled effectively and in a client-centered manner.
Responsibilities
- Manage and track a caseload of personal injury cases, ensuring timely and appropriate medical treatment.
- Review medical documentation to assess case details and prepare necessary documentation.
- Draft demand letters based on case assessments and medical records.
- Maintain precise and detailed records of case data using the Filevine system.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable position related to personal injury law.
- Strong understanding of motor vehicle collision cases and personal injury legal principles.
- A high school diploma or GED is mandatory; a college degree or paralegal certification is advantageous.
