The Human Resources Trainer plays a vital role in conducting onboarding presentations and training sessions to equip new employees for their responsibilities. This position is also accountable for overseeing the necessary paperwork and assisting with company procedures and systems. Applicants should have excellent communication and organizational abilities, along with the capacity to thrive in a dynamic setting. Additionally, a valid driver’s license and the capability to lift up to 30 pounds are essential for this role.
