Job Summary
The Press Production Lead is responsible for overseeing the printing operations to ensure production goals are met while maintaining high-quality standards. This role involves managing daily workflows, coordinating with team members, and optimizing the printing process for efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily press operations and ensure adherence to production schedules.

- Manage equipment maintenance and troubleshoot any mechanical issues that arise.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in printing techniques and safety protocols.
