Job description
**Press Production Lead**
The Press Production Lead is responsible for managing daily production activities related to composites, while also engaging in hands-on technical tasks and offering guidance to team members. This role serves as the main point of contact for resolving operational challenges and guarantees that all work is carried out safely and meets quality benchmarks. Applicants should possess 3 to 5 years of advancing leadership experience within a manufacturing or aerospace setting. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, along with expertise in composite layup techniques and the capacity to work on-site in a manufacturing environment.
