The Principal Programmer is tasked with creating sophisticated machining strategies, innovative tooling ideas, and Mastercam programs tailored for intricate aerospace and defense components. This role includes swift program development and close collaboration with manufacturing teams to guarantee effective execution. Applicants should possess extensive experience in complex multi-axis CNC programming and demonstrate advanced skills in Mastercam. A solid grasp of machining fundamentals, GD&T, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting are essential.
