Job description
**Principal Scientist**
The Principal Scientist will spearhead the nonclinical development strategy for mRNA-LNP therapeutics, directing exploratory non-GLP research as well as IND-enabling GLP studies. This position entails managing CRO operations, guaranteeing adherence to regulatory standards, and acting as a strategic collaborator with internal discovery and formulation teams. Applicants should possess a Ph.D. or M.S. in a relevant life sciences discipline, along with a minimum of 7-10 years of industry experience focusing on nonclinical safety assessment. A strong background in mRNA therapeutics, LNP formulations, and substantial experience in GLP study oversight and regulatory submissions is essential.
