Job description
**Job Title: Product Issue Resolution Manager**
In this position, you will oversee the management of product-related challenges and their solutions, while also supervising sub-tier supplier activities and procuring materials necessary for production. Furthermore, you will track program metrics, pinpoint performance trends, and deliver reports to the leadership team within the Global Supply Chain department. Candidates should possess 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, aligned with the position level, as well as strong skills in SAP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel. A U.S. Government Secret Clearance is mandatory, and applicants must be U.S. citizens.
