The Private Mortgage Banker plays a key role in generating residential mortgage loans, specializing in high-value jumbo loans while developing strong connections with high-net-worth clients and professional circles. This position involves evaluating financial information, recommending suitable loan options, and maintaining adherence to all regulatory standards. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years in Private Mortgage Banking Sales and be eligible for SAFE registration. Excellent communication skills, an understanding of current mortgage industry trends, and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends are essential.
