Provides respiratory care to patients in acute, chronic, and emergency situations while maintaining and checking equipment for proper operation. Documents patient progress and changes in condition according to established charting procedures. Requires registration as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) and licensure as a Respiratory Care Professional (RCP) in Georgia. Must hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
