Job Summary
The Process Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring effective production by addressing issues, maintaining, and repairing manufacturing equipment. This position also involves overseeing injection molding machine start-ups, executing mold changes, and spearheading continuous improvement efforts aimed at boosting equipment reliability.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to identify and resolve issues.
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on various machinery to maintain production flow.
- Execute start-ups of injection molding machines.
- Perform mold changes as required to optimize production schedules.
- Implement initiatives focused on continuous improvement to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an industrial setting.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members.
- Ability to comprehend and follow basic work instructions.
