Job Summary
The Production – 1st Shift Team Lead/Machine Operator will oversee the activities of the first shift crew while ensuring the optimal operation of the Vboard machine. This role is essential in maintaining production efficiency and quality by collaborating with team members and plant leadership.
Responsibilities
- Direct the functions of the first shift production team.
- Ensure effective and efficient operation of the Vboard machine.
- Monitor and improve production efficiency and quality.
- Facilitate communication between the crew and plant leadership.
- Coordinate with the Production Supervisor and Operations Manager for workflow management and reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a production environment.
- Strong operational skills, particularly with machinery such as the Vboard.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to ensure safety and adherence to production standards.
