**Job Title: Production Engineer**
The Production Engineer plays a crucial role in enhancing production efficiency, boosting reliability, and maximizing the economic return from production assets. This position entails taking technical responsibility for wells, identifying performance challenges, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to implement optimization strategies. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field and a minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in the upstream oil and gas sector. A solid understanding of production optimization, artificial lift technologies, and analytical problem-solving using data is essential.
