**Job Title: Production Manager**
The Production Manager is responsible for supervising the daily operations of milk processing, with a strong emphasis on efficiency, safety, and adherence to food safety standards across all three shifts. This position is centered on enhancing production workflows, ensuring the quality of products, and working closely with other departments, including maintenance and quality assurance. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in food manufacturing operations and be skilled in lean manufacturing practices. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, while a bachelor’s degree and experience with SAP are advantageous.
