The Production Operator plays a key role in assembling products in accordance with blueprints and specifications, while also upholding quality standards. This position involves cooperation with engineering teams to resolve assembly challenges and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in operating power tools, and a keen eye for detail. Preferred qualifications include a minimum of two years of experience in mechanical assembly and knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles or 5S techniques.
