This position involves cooperation with engineering teams to resolve assembly challenges and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in operating power tools, and a keen eye for detail. Preferred qualifications include a minimum of two years of experience in mechanical assembly and knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles or 5S techniques.
