**Job Title: Manufacturing Engineering Manager**
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will oversee the teams responsible for manufacturing engineering, maintenance, and facilities to enhance operational KPIs and guarantee the reliability of equipment. This role includes managing departmental budgets, executing capital projects, and promoting a culture focused on continuous improvement and safety. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant engineering experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a leadership position. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in manufacturing processes and machine tools, along with the capability to work on-site in Moses Lake, WA.
