This role involves leading the team, upholding safety and environmental compliance, and promoting continuous enhancements through lean manufacturing practices. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for a 2-year degree or relevant technical training, along with a minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience. Additionally, candidates must have at least 2 years of experience specifically in Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
