Job description
**Job Title:** Production Supervisor
The Production Supervisor will oversee, organize, and manage the production processes within the Fan Coil department to achieve optimal efficiency, meet quality standards, and adhere to budgetary constraints. This role involves leading the team, upholding safety and environmental compliance, and promoting continuous enhancements through lean manufacturing practices. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for a 2-year degree or relevant technical training, along with a minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience. Additionally, candidates must have at least 2 years of experience specifically in Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
