They are responsible for driving cross-organizational programs, managing project schedules, and implementing AI-driven workflows to enhance operational efficiency. Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in program management within hardware manufacturing or NPI environments. Preferred qualifications include 8 years of experience, expertise in Product Lifecycle frameworks, and a proven track record of strategic leadership in matrix-managed structures.
