Job description
**Program Specialist**
The Program Specialist is responsible for overseeing mentorship pairings by conducting interviews with both volunteers and youth participants, while also offering continuous support and guidance to foster positive relationships. This role includes engaging in community outreach to attract volunteers and establish collaborations with local schools and organizations to enhance program accessibility. Applicants should possess a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, along with applicable experience or advanced studies in areas such as social work or counseling. Essential qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication abilities, and a valid driver’s license accompanied by access to a personal vehicle.
