Job Summary
The Project Engineer specializing in water projects will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and management of various water-related engineering projects. This position requires a keen understanding of engineering principles and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams to ensure projects meet regulatory standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the engineering aspects of water projects from design through completion.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to establish project objectives and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards throughout project phases.
- Conduct site assessments and analyze data to inform project development.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for project updates and compliance purposes.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to facilitate project execution.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide expert insights on engineering matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Proven experience in managing water-related engineering projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools and project management methodologies.
