**Job Title: Data Center Project Manager**
In this role, you will oversee the transition of data center initiatives beginning with lease execution and extending to construction mobilization. Key duties involve conducting thorough handover checks, facilitating preconstruction coordination, maintaining project baselines, managing outstanding tasks, and ensuring uniform reporting throughout a portfolio of locations. Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in delivering data center projects, preconstruction processes, or developing complex technical facilities. Expertise in MS Suite, Google Workspace, and the ability to analyze construction drawings and contractual obligations are vital for success in this position.
