Job Summary
The Property Manager plays a crucial role in supervising all aspects of daily operations within the community. This includes driving occupancy rates, enhancing revenue streams, and managing expenses effectively. Additionally, this position involves leading the onsite team and ensuring adherence to company protocols and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the property to ensure smooth functionality.
- Maximize occupancy rates and implement strategies for revenue growth.
- Maintain strict control over expenditures and budget compliance.
- Lead and mentor the onsite team to foster a productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant industry regulations.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the apartment management industry.
- At least 3 years of proven leadership experience.
- Possession of an active Property Manager’s License.
- Strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
