**Quality Manager**
The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing every facet of the quality program within the plant, which encompasses regulatory adherence, internal quality assurance systems, and initiatives for process enhancement. This role includes managing the quality team, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring that all manufacturing procedures comply with established safety and quality benchmarks. A bachelor’s degree or similar experience is essential, along with a minimum of five years in a supervisory or managerial quality role in a manufacturing setting. Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and technological proficiency to efficiently oversee quality systems and engage with diverse stakeholders.
