Job description
**Job Title: On-site Safety Manager**
Oversee and direct safety initiatives at extensive construction sites, which involves performing inspections and confirming adherence to safety protocols. Collaborate with subcontractors, facilitate preconstruction meetings, and conduct investigations into incidents to determine underlying causes and necessary corrective measures. Candidates should possess 5-15 years of experience in managing intricate construction projects and have a solid understanding of safety standards and regulations. A bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, along with certifications such as CSP, CHST, or STS, is highly desirable.
