Job Summary
The R & D Formulation Specialist plays a critical role in developing and optimizing product formulations. This position is essential for ensuring that new products meet rigorous standards and quality expectations while supporting innovation within the research and development team.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and develop new products in alignment with market needs and company objectives.
- Conduct extensive testing and analysis on formulations to ensure quality and stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and production, to create effective product strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all formulations and processes for compliance and quality assurance.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive products to inform formulation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in product formulation, preferably within a laboratory setting.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using lab equipment and software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical information.
