Radiant Cupid Analyst
Pay: $80-83/hr
Remote
The Radiant Cupid Analyst will play a key role in designing, configuring, implementing, and enhancing the Epic Radiant application. This position entails engaging in application design workshops, capturing and documenting build requirements, and collaborating closely with the IT team to carry out sanctioned system improvements. Additionally, the analyst will aid in system testing, validation, and user training to facilitate the effective deployment and adoption of the application.
Responsibilities of the Radiant Cupid Analyst:
- Participate in the design and workflow sessions for the Epic Radiant application
- Collect, document, and confirm build requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Configure and execute assigned build tasks for the Epic Radiant application
- Work alongside the IT team to incorporate approved enhancements and modifications
- Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to guarantee quality and functionality
- Assist in resolving defects and optimizing the system
- Collaborate with training teams to create user training materials and documentation
- Keep project documentation up to date and provide project status updates to stakeholders
- Utilize ServiceNow to handle incidents, requests, and change management tasks
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards concerning patient privacy, security, and data integrity
Qualifications for the Radiant Cupid Analyst:
- Experience in supporting or building Epic Radiant applications
- Comprehension of Epic application design, configuration, testing, and implementation processes
- Background in application build and validation activities
- Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and documentation expertise
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Capability to work autonomously in a remote setting while cooperating with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Experience with ServiceNow or a comparable IT service management platform
