Job Summary
The Radiographer plays a crucial role in delivering clinical assistance during invasive cardiac procedures within the Electrophysiology Lab. This position involves supporting physicians and ensuring optimal patient care throughout various procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians in invasive cardiac procedures.
- Manage patient care effectively in the Electrophysiology Lab.
- Operate specialized imaging and monitoring equipment.
- Ensure sterile environments are maintained during procedures.
- Document medical information accurately and thoroughly.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited invasive cardiovascular technology program.
- Possession or the ability to obtain RCIS or RCES certification.
- Current BLS and hospital CORE certifications.
- Capability to conduct technical tasks in a high-acuity cardiac setting.
