Job description
**Job Title: Recruiter**
The Recruiter plays a key role in managing the complete life-cycle of sourcing, recruiting, and placing qualified drivers to fulfill client requirements. This individual will work closely with internal teams to promote driver retention, ensure safety compliance, and meet regional recruitment goals. Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, with a strong preference for those coming from staffing industry and sales or customer service roles. While a bachelor’s degree is preferred, applicable work experience can be considered as an alternative.
